King size bed and two extra long twin beds, private bathroom, windows facing the ocean/vineyard South, North and West sides of the island.
All of our bedrooms are located on the second level. Our main floor is the common area which includes a large country kitchen, living room with TV, extra bathrooms, spacious dining room, billiards, "boat bar" area, large covered porch and huge lawn ready for just about anything...
The Avalon has a two night stay minimum stay on any day of the week and a three night minimum on holiday weekends
The Avalon has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with enough beds to sleep 16 to 26 depending upon time of season! We do offer some overflow rooms that are not available as regular rentals if your group is larger than 22 (please call us for details).
